Who we are

BuiltFlow is a Canadian workflow automation agency operating at builtflow.agency. We help small businesses build automations, integrations, and systems that save time. If you have questions about this policy, reach us at hello@builtflow.agency.

What information we collect

We only collect information you give us directly. This happens when you:

• —Fill out the contact form on our website (name, business name, email, phone, message)
• —Book a call through our scheduling tool
• —Email or message us directly
• —Sign an agreement or become a client

We do not use cookies for tracking, run advertising pixels, or collect any data passively through this website.

How we use your information

We use the information you share with us to:

• —Respond to your inquiry and schedule calls
• —Deliver the services you've hired us for
• —Send invoices and project-related communications
• —Improve how we work based on feedback

We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked us to. We don't sell your information. Ever.

Third-party tools we use

Our contact form submits data to Google Forms, which stores responses in Google Sheets. This data may pass through Zapier for notification purposes. Both services have their own privacy policies:

We may also use Calendly for booking calls. Their privacy policy is at calendly.com/privacy.

Data retention

We keep client communications and project files for as long as the relationship is active, and for up to 2 years after the project concludes. Contact form submissions from people who don't become clients are deleted within 90 days. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@builtflow.agency.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• —Request a correction if it's wrong
• —Ask us to delete it
• —Withdraw consent for us to use it

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we'll post the new version here with an updated date. We won't notify you by email unless the change affects how we handle data you've already given us.
