We start with a free 30-minute call where you walk us through how your business works today. What tools are you using? Where does work get stuck? What do you spend your time on that you wish you didn't?

This isn't a sales call. It's a working conversation. By the end, we'll both know whether we can help you, and what that would look like. There's no pressure and no commitment required.

Workflow Audit

Before we build anything, we map out your entire workflow in detail. We look at every step, every tool, every handoff, finding the exact points where time is being wasted or errors are slipping through.

You'll receive a written audit doc that outlines what we found and exactly what we'd build to fix it. If you decide to work with us, that doc becomes our project blueprint. If not, you still walk away with a clear picture of what's holding you back.

We Build

Once the audit is approved and the scope is agreed, we get to work. We build your automation or integration in a sandboxed environment, completely separate from your live business so nothing breaks while we're working.

We'll check in at key milestones and flag any decisions that need your input. Typical build time is 1–2 weeks depending on complexity. You're never left wondering what's happening. You'll always know exactly where we are.

You Review

We walk you through the completed system before anything goes live. You test it with real scenarios, ask any questions, and request any adjustments. This is your approval checkpoint. Nothing launches until you're satisfied.

Minor tweaks are included. If the scope changes significantly based on your feedback, we'll discuss it together, though that's rarely needed when the audit phase was done right.

We Launch and Support

We flip the switch and your system goes live. We monitor it closely in the first few days to make sure everything is running as expected. You get a handover document and a recorded walkthrough so your team always knows how it works.

Your support window starts from launch day. We're on call via email if anything needs a tweak. Most projects run without any issues, but if something comes up, we're there to fix it fast.

Most projects are complete within 2–3 weeks from the start of the build phase. The audit takes 3–5 business days, and the build itself usually takes 1–2 weeks depending on complexity. We always give you a clear timeline upfront so there are no surprises.
None at all. We're built for business owners, not developers. If you can describe how your business works, even roughly, we can figure out what to automate. Our audit process is designed to pull out all the technical details ourselves, so you don't need to know the right terminology or understand APIs to work with us.
We primarily build on Make, n8n, and Zapier. They're the most capable automation platforms available, and we use them to connect virtually any tool that has an API: CRMs, accounting software, email platforms, scheduling tools, project management apps, e-commerce stores, and more. If you're using it, chances are we can connect it.
Every project comes with a 30-day support window (14 days on the Starter plan). If something breaks or behaves unexpectedly within that period, we fix it at no additional charge. After the support window, we offer ongoing maintenance as an add-on or as part of a Custom retainer arrangement. We build well-built systems with error handling and failure alerts so breakage is rare. When it happens, we're there.
Yes, and that's by design. Every project includes full documentation and a recorded walkthrough of how your system works. For simple adjustments like changing an email template or updating a form field, most business owners can handle it themselves after the handover call. For larger changes, we're available to help, either within the support window or as a paid update.
